CODE OF CONDUCT
Enovis requires all of its directors, officers and employees to observe high standards of integrity and honesty, and to act with care, diligence and fairness in all business activities. Interactions with all stakeholders and wider society should be conducted in an ethical and legal manner.
On January 23, 2025, the Board of Directors of LimaCorporate S.p.A. approved the adoption of the Enovis Code of Conduct.
The Enovis Code of Conduct serves as both a guide to encourage ethical behavior and a framework to prevent misconduct. It embodies the core of LimaCorporate’s values, policies, and expectations regarding professional conduct and business practices.

MODEL 231
Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001 introduced into our legal system the "Administrative liability of legal persons, companies and associations including those without legal personality", imposing a regime primarily of criminal liability, applicable to companies committing any of the offences covered by the Decree.
Based on these provisions, on the 3rd of June 2014, Limacorporate S.p.A. adopted, and subsequently updated, the Organization, Management and Control Model (the "Model"), a document which sets out the principles to be observed and the conduct required when working in or on behalf of the Company.
Due to the new crimes recently introduced in Legislative Decree 231/2001, the changes made to the best practices and the changes that have affected the internal organization during these years, on January 23, 2025, Limacorporate S.p.A. approved the update of its Model.
